AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The open-concept den/kitchen opens to the balcony, where you can enjoy great views over Town Center toward the bay side of Mustang Island. In the den, octopus artwork backs the sofa, which faces the kitchen island and workspace. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make quick meals, seafood suppers, or sunset cocktail hour snacks.
