There is a window unit A/C to keep you cool. The kitchen has stove, refrigerator, a small microwave and a regular drip coffee maker. There is a modest size dining table with seating for 3.
The full-size bathroom has a walk-in shower and a great pedestal style sink.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, end table, lamp, chest and a window unit A/C. There is an entrance door at the bedroom end of the condo, and the back door is at the kitchen.

Perfect location!!
This is the cutest little house!! The location is perfect. Perfect for a couple!! Only things I would improve are a new shower head, maybe a tv in the bedroom and some seating outside. Otherwise, this is perfect!!!
