Mirag attitude was horrible. We left the room yesterday morning around 7:30am and didn't return until after 3pm only to find the room not clean. We wasn't made aware that we had to request it. After contacting the front desk and getting hung up on. My husband went downstairs to find out the problem and Mirah was extremely rude and not apologetic at all. She gave my husband the paper that had that rule on it only to snatch it out of his hands. Long story short she contacted the police and got to make the judgement of having us removed. The police took us to our room watched us pack up our things and escorted us out like we were the problem. While I only asked to be treated fairly since I spent my money. I will never visit another LaQuinta Inn if this is how they treat their customers. I was in town from Thursday until today and was displaced due to someone not wanting to do their job. I feel attacked and discriminated against. I must say that Fernando was very helpful.
