Great stay. Good experience. Big enough for fam of 4. Slept comfortably on king size beds. Stay was similar to a hotel room but to a larger scale, much quieter, and was less expensive at the time of stay. Would defently recommend and would stay again.

Walking distance to the beach!

Beach and restaurants were just around the corner! Absolutely wonderful property. Parking in front as well as behind the building. You won’t be disappointed with this well maintained, clean, and beautiful cottage. We loved it and will definitely be back!

We had an great stay with our young kiddo. A very short drive to the beach (which itself was excellent for kids) and HEB was conveniently located for your grocery needs. The cottage was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked great. If you plan on eating in the room, be advised that there isn't a table [at the time of this review]. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Needs better cleaners

We found something disturbing and disgusting in the shower that took away from what could have been a great experience. To avoid embarrassing the owner I will refrain from saying what was. Underneath the beds were a collection of debris as well, which I decided not to clean out in case we would get further disgusted. Our stay could have been perfect, but quickly became uncomfortable once these things were noticed. Communication could have been better because I was expecting communication through VRBO and not my email where I get lots of Spam and disregard emails from unknown persons (property owners).

It’s a great place. I recommend a peephole and additional lock be added to the door. It may be required by law. Also, towel hooks would be great in the bathroom. Instructions for using the a/c and heater would be helpful. Overall, it’s a great place and we will return.
