Best thing about this place is proximity to the beach. The room was not comfortable - the mattresses were bad.The room had a strong smell of some kind of cheap cleaner-overwhelming smell. Shower was dirty, but when front desk was told about the shower the room was cleaned and odor AND shower were resolved! We didn’t eat the breakfast provided so can’t review. Our room was in the back side- dark, under a stairwell. Bathroom outlet didn’t work. I’m not sure what makes this a boutique hotel. Probably won’t be guests again.

The only plus was that it is so close to the beach. The room was damp and humid. We were going to bed feeling sticky. I am easy to please but the fact our towels and swimsuits never dried and our clothes were always damp was it for me

Construction disrupted our stay

We were disappointed that the hotel was open and being renovated. This made for crowded parking and overall not pleasing.

This property spent more money decorating the room and less on the actual property itself. I have been staying at this location for years ( before the hurricane took down the second building by the pool) They filled in holes in the rooms with white towels. And the walk in shower had a large crack near the floor. A lot of the outlets did not work and the covers were probably installed

Great location. Right at the beach entrance. Outside was a little dated and under construction but room was updated and clean. Front staff was great during check in but when I checked out, the front staff didn't stop stocking the refrigerator and barely acknowledged I was there. The electrical outlet in the restroom didn't work so you couldn't use the blow dryer and the valve on the shower has the hot and cold water reversed. I thought we didn't have any hot water at first.

The staff are all super friendly, the room wasn’t exactly the cleanest, but it was a place walking distance to the water and had a little kitchenette, which makes it easy to make your own food. Location is key with this place. I think this place will eventually be very nice. They are in the middle of remodeling, but if you plan on being out and about on the beach and doing other activities and not planning on spending much time in your room, then it’s a perfect little affordable place.

Excellent location in particular for the Royal Suite ( ocean view ) . However , the hotel was under construction , there was not a breakfast room, lack of maintenance everywhere . The receptionist at the office had a poor attitude like he was not enjoying his job ...
