So, whether you are on vacation or need a change of scenery for work, enjoy the views of the ocean from our 10th floor condo with private balcony on MUSTANG ISLAND. Port Aransas beaches. The ocean breeze and the delightful fly-bys from the seagulls and pelicans are relaxing as you take in all the scenery.
This condo is a 2 suite bedroom, each with private bathrooms and king size beds. Suite 2 has beautiful hallway doors that when opened provide access to the bathroom or close to have a private suite.The patio is spacious and has seating for 4.
This condo is beautifully remodeled and professionally decorated. All the countertops in the condo are quartz and the kitchen has all KitchenAid stainless steel appliances. Suite 1 features a walk in shower with bench and Suite 2 features a garden tub/shower. The quartz countertops in the bathrooms have
vessel sinks. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with vibrant beach colors that carry throughout the entire unit. Both bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps, plenty of outlets and USB outlets as well. The bedrooms have beautiful wide louvers for plenty of privacy. Suite 1 has a walk-in closet and dresser and Suite 2 has large closet and chest of drawers. Each bedroom features a new 43” Roku Smart television and remote controlled ceiling fans.
The living room has plenty of seating, a Queen size sleeper sofa with an air mattress that is very comfortable and a . For entertainment, log into your favorite streaming media apps with our Roku Smart TV or pop in your favorite Blu-Ray DVDs for a movie night. The dining room comfortably seats 6 with additional chairs to seat 8. From the living room you are just a few steps from the spacious, covered patio with new colorful bar height poly-lumber chairs, cup holders, and tables. These chairs provide the perfect height to see over the balcony railings so you take in everything the beach and ocean have to offer. Just sit back, enjoy the sounds of the ocean, the gentle breeze and the amazing ocean views.
Amenities:
The condo comes stocked with fresh linens, towels, and complimentary hotel size toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. We have everything you could want. We provide a toaster, coffee pot, Keurig. Coffee grinder, blender, pots/pans, bakeware, mixer, Crock Pot, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
About the complex:
There is plenty of guest parking. The property offers tennis courts, basketball courts, gym, guest lobby with a complimentary coffee bar, outdoor pool (heated year round), playscape with access by the pool, hot tub, newly renovated sun deck with ceramic fire pits and plenty of seating. There are 3 BBQ grills and picnic tables. There is a laundry facility located on the lower level of the property, which are coin/card operated. The boardwalk is a short distance to the beach with freshwater showers for you to rinse off before heading back to the condo. We provide pool/beach towels in the unit. There are vendors in the area that offer canopy and chair services for a fee. Be sure to reach out to them early to make your reservations with them. Here are a few: M.E.
