Upper floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, large open lounge/bedroom (bunk bed + single bed), terrace overlooking pool, garden, and mountains.

Ground floor: fully equipped large kitchen, dining area, sofa bed, and wraparound porch with BBQ.

Well insulated with double-glazed windows and doors, warm duvets, heating & A/C for year-round comfort.

Fast internet, Smart TV, and dedicated workspace — ideal for online workers and digital nomads.

Location & surroundings:
Situated between 2 Natural Parks (Grazalema & Los Alcornocales), with easy day trips to Ronda, Granada, Seville, Jerez, Marbella, Tarifa, Mediterranean & Atlantic beaches, lakes, caves, and white villages.
