The overnight kiosk lady checked us into a room that was already occupied, then they charged us for a pet fee even though we didn't a pet. We also had to go back to the front desk three times to reset our key that wouldnt work. The daytime front desk receptionist was kind though!

The hotel is separated from another hotel, it was kind of strange. Walking distance from the grocery store. Breakfast was was warm, the breakfast lady was really nice. The views of the mountains was very nice.
