The public floors of the hotel are very grand. The rooms are nice, spacious, the bed was very hard and not to my liking. The bathroom tap leaked at the base and flooded the vanity. The view from our room was disappointing, it qas all pipes and very industrial looking. I would have thought extended stay customers may have been given better. Eateries were nice, we ate multiple times at Marketplace which is accessible from the casino floor. Food was lovely and the staff were exceptional , big thanks to Julien and Tina, who had excellent communication skills and were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was beautiful and the spa was very warm, night views from the pool area were amazing. Overall staff throughout the hotel where very pleasant. It has good proximity to other hotels, shops and casinos. So would stay again, but be specific in my requirements for room and bedding.

Amazing room, the hotel team was very amazing too, the location of The Parisian seems to be the best one in Cotai. The Brasserie Restaurant will stay the best food restaurant in the Hotel. Will be a pleasure to be back and pleasure to recommend this beautiful hotel.

If you feel like a bit of spacious elegant accommodation at an affordable price, then this is the place for you. The building connects to The Londoner and The Venetians, so you can explore all these location with the comfort of air conditioning, so you don't need to go outside if the humidity is too much for you. Plenty of places to eat at a reasonable price.

We stayed in the family room which was a nice room with a great shower. View was terrible. Hotel corridors and elevators smell of cigarette smoke. The pool is fantastic for kids however the “pool bar” isn’t really a pool bar. It’s just a bar that is a 2 minute walk to the pool.

When you arrive in the hotel shuttle bus, you are greeted with an overwhelming hotel lobby with it's pretty center fountain and breathtaking inside roof. The check in around 1pm was pretty straight forward considering it is the national holiday and everyone in HK and China are travelling. The bedroom was generous in size and everything was up to the standard for this 5 star hotel although I found the carpet might need changing. There are plenty of shops to help pass time and the casino is humongous. If I had to make a comment on improvements then I would like to see one or two western cuisine restaurants. I have been in China for the last 10 days and it would have been more enjoyable for me to change my dining options. The free shuttle bus is very useful and convenient. The hotel staff were very helpful and took are bags up separately to our rooms and when we checked out, the staff helped us onto the bus to the ferry terminal. I would come again and if you do come, register for a Sands members card and you get 10% off.
