In a unique and peaceful setting, overlooking the Sanguinaires Islands, and ideally located to enjoy both the sea and the mountains, this house offers five bedrooms, four with sea views and king-size beds. The fifth bedroom is perfect for children, with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed.

The house is divided into two sections. The original section comprises three bedrooms (including a children's room), a large shower room, and a toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a living wall on the sea-facing side. All rooms and bathrooms have been renovated. The extension consists of two bedrooms, a shower room, and a toilet. These two bedrooms also each have air conditioning.

The house opens onto a large central living area with a lounge, a brand-new fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a dining area. It opens onto the pool terrace with sea views.
Located in a charming and peaceful hamlet, you are ideally situated just above Portigliolo and its marina, the idyllic Mar e Sole and Argent beaches, and many other attractions and activities. Restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies are nearby. Boat rentals and diving are available. Ajaccio Airport is approximately 40 minutes away.

La Corse dans toute sa splendeur

Séjour au top dans cette villa très bien équipée et disposant d'une vue époustouflante sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. Et que dire des merveilleux couchers de soleil !Accueil excellent avec toutes les informations nécessaires !

Une vue extraordinaire sur les iles sanguinaire, avec des couchers de soleil magnifiques. Le seul bémol de la maison, c est que la pièce principale ne possède pas de climatisation, nous avons eu très chaud. Le voisin pas très sociable, est venu nous dire de faire moins de bruit alors que nous joueons simplement aux cartes. Sejour et situation geographique très agréable.

Schöne Villa und außergewöhnlich nette Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa. Olivier und Hugo haben uns schon im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts mit allerlei Informationen versorgt und waren sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Der ruhige Außenbereich mit großem Pool und Terrasse mit Meerblick (tolle Sonnenuntergänge!) ist schön gestaltet und wir konnten uns hier super entspannen. Der Innenbereich hat uns auch gut gefallen, die Betten sind bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziges Manko war, dass nur zwei Schlafräume über eine Klimaanlage verfügen. Der Rest ist nicht klimatisiert. Der Hausstrand ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar, mit dem Auto kann man noch viele weitere wunderschöne Strände in der Gegend erkunden. Zum Essen gehen und Einkaufen ist ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Gastgeber! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Super sejour

Nous avons passé de super vacances, 2 familles de 4, maison vraiment très agréable, très propre, bien équipée. Accueil génial de Hugo, vraiment à l’écoute durant tout le séjour. Très belle vue sur les îles sanguinaires. Piscine agréable.

Très agréable résidence moderne et bien pensée

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans la résidence ; la piscine directement accessible de plein pied permet de nager en contemplant les iles sanguinaires et la maison présente tout le confort tel qu'annonce et que l'on peut avoir d'une maison récemment rénovée. Un très beau et bon souvenir de vacances.
