This hotel did not inform guests about amenities that were not available during our stay. The manager was extremely combative when confronted with the issue that advertised amenities (such as the pool) were not available for guest use. The rooms are extremely loud due to being able to hear everything in the room next door. While amenities can sometimes not be available, this was all made worse by the way management handled the situation, which included lying to us about what was and was not available. It was so awful we wound up leaving a day early to move to another hotel after the manager all but told us to leave.
