service was very poor we requested to keep items in fridge that will spoil it was total chaos . The fridge hardly cools in the room . The place was overpriced for the class of service it provides cars have to park a km away and not near the entrance and in open air with no shade .

Not best experience in this new hotel

Missed my flight and was disappointed that Expedia still invoiced the hotel and I had to pay for a room that I did not use due to missing flight. My reservation was with breakfast which was not visible in the hotel. So I paid 2x for breakfast. Overall very bad experience during this 3 day stay.

Confort e modernità a Cotonou

L'hotel 5 stelle presenta alta professionalità, non certo inferiore agli standard europei. Il personale è molto attento e gentile. Il cibo è curato e ben servito: al momento erano attivi 3 ristoranti con proposte diverse da scegliere. Le camere sono accoglienti e spaziose. Abbiamo apprezzato i materiali e le finiture di qualità, e la personalità della hall, arredata con oggetti locali. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto. Con una piacevole passeggiata serale abbiamo raggiunto la statua dell'Amazzone: la zona è tranquilla e sicura. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto tempo di approfittare della spa e del campo da tennis. La struttura presenta anche un cinema e una discoteca. Purtroppo non c'era accesso diretto alla spiaggia, forse per dei lavori in corso alla strada
