Fewo 1 in der 3. Etage

Die Fewo liegt an einer sehr belebten Hauptstraße. Damit ist es recht laut. Für das Auto steht ein Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage in der Nachbarstraße bereit. Die Altstadt kann man fussläufig erreichen - ein Vorteil. Im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer findet man Deckenventilator bzw. Lüfter, die es bei warmen Temperaturen erträglich machen. Leider waren Kühlschrank und Bad nicht gründlich gereinigt. Das war sehr unangenehm.
