The wall A/C in room 200 was the loudest A/C on our 5 day trip. For such a modern, new hotel, I can't understand why there isn't a modern, quiet room A/C. We didn't sleep hardly all night. Also, it advertised as close to Sedona, it's over 1/2 hour away. I would NEVER stay there again.

Hotel was close to Sedona. We were too busy to use the pool because of activities in Sedona. I like the breakfast but wished they had waffles. I love waffles and only get them when im at hotels. The room was huge and very nice.

All good . The Eco friendly . I’m in oil and gas. I know everything arrives by a plane, train or automobile . They all burn a petro product . Your hotel is very clean , new just great . Staff just perfect !

I'm a Bonvoy member and was told that I got an upgrade, however I did not see any upgrades. Prior to my arrival the General Manager email me and asked if I was traveling for business or pleasure and that is all he wanted to know, which is none of his business. The room was not clean during our stay, I find this ridiculous as it is a hotel, not an Airbnb. I will not recommend this hotel.

Property is new; staff doesn’t even know their own offerings. Breakfast was sub par. There was a sign stating that ppl with allergies should ask questions and they would be happy to help, staff didn’t know what each food had in it. Breakfast was cereal with no non dairy milk options and hot food was 3 different egg dishes; that all had milk. My kids with egg and dairy allergies had no options. Sofa bed has a trundle but staff didn’t know it existed.
