It was a beautiful thoughtfully presented Air B&B. The kitchen was spacious and had everything needed. Entrance access was covered and protected you from the elements as you entered with suitcases etc. A lean too provided a large space to sit out and enjoy the view of the garden. It was spotless. The host was there to greet us and guide us through the details associated with a stay in any unfamiliar property. I rate this premises as excellent.

Lucia is an extraordinary host and the property she offers is clean, has all the amenities you need for a holiday and made sure to greet me and stop to see me before I left. I highly recommend choosing this very rural location to get away from the stresses of this busy world!

Absolutely incredible!!

The property was just as described and even better!! Was extremely quite and peaceful and the greenhouse room was amazing. The owner was so nice and helpful with surrounding areas. Will stay there again without a doubt when we visit Ireland again in the future!!

property was not quite what was described in original booking but it was fine for what we needed. Only major problem was the tv was in the kitchen and all in German, so we could not get any other english speaking channels.

Rural Retreat

A lovely cottage with a welcoming and friendly hostess, this is the perfect base from which to explore the northwest of Ireland or simply escape from the crowds. We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to do so again in the near future.

Beautiful house located in Co. Roscommon, only 20minute drive from Carrick on Shanon.

The house was 5star....a real hidden gem a short drive from the bustling town of Carrick on Shannon. Lucia was an amazing host!

Das war einfach unglaublich toll!!! Das Häuschen ist sehr sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hat uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten sehr viele sehr schöne Gespräche mit unserer Gastgeberin die uns viele gute Tipps gab und von der wir viel über Irland erfahren haben. Das ruhige Haus ist zwar abgelegen aber mitten in der Natur. Für das was man dort allerdings besichtigen kann war es wiederum zentral gelegen. Wir hatten dort eine perfekte Zeit und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Am liebsten wären wir dort noch viel länger geblieben. Daher sehr sehr sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn wir nochmal nach Irland fahren, dann für eine längere Zeit!!!Daher sagen wir ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeberin.

Ich hatte vor der Anreise schon einen sehr netten schriftlichen Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin. Der Eindruck hat sich dann auch bei unserer Anreise bestätigt. Wir sind sehr nett Empfangen worden. Alle Fragen wurden praktisch von alleine beantwortet. Das Cottage ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben jeden Tag Ausflüge unternommen, wir sehr gute Empfehlungen erhalten, die alle samt ins schwarze getroffen haben. Wir haben uns in dem Cottage und mit der Gastgeberin sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Auto ist absolut notwendig.

Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet (besonders in der Küche) Wintergarten war das Sahnehäubchen! Sehr nette Vermieterin!
