This residence covered with wood has 27 comfortable apartments spread over two buildings both of which have a lift. Accessible on foot only, no direct access to the road. Surface area : about 60 m². 11st floor. Orientation : East. Level 0 : Living room with bench seat, 2 pull-out beds. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette with coffee machine (filtre), oven / microwave, dishwasher, 4 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Shower room with shower, WC. Bathroom with bath-tub, washing machine. Separated WC.
