The room was neglected. When you get a pet friendly room , you don’t expect to stay in a kennel. It stunk so bad !! They were using a deodorizer to mask the smell when we first arrived, which was so strong it would make your eyes water. After we turned that off , the dog smell was just horrendous. I have never had trouble with pet friendly rooms , but it was dirty and they were just covering up the smell instead of cleaning it. My infant ended up having an allergic reaction to whatever was going on in the room and we ended up leaving at 4am on our first night and didn’t return. We were booked in for 2 nights and ended up at a different , pet friendly hotel with absolutely no problems. After speaking with the mgr, he literally did nothing and wanted to just meet with me ?? To go over the room. I’m sorry, but I’m dealing with a sick baby, single mom .. I’m not going back .
