Excellent staff and nice amenities

The front desk staff and manager were extremely courteous, respectful and friendly. The shower was excellent. And it was nice that they had an electric vehicle charger.

This property is a renovated motel. It is a very small room with a very large, king-sized, bed. The bathroom is very clean and tidy but postage stamp sized. The tv is huge but occupies the room's only dresser top. Too small a space for the cost. The desk asked for a $50 "damage deposit" also. When is the last time a "hotel" asked for a damage deposit? Silly.

Overall the room and bathroom were clean, except the carpet was not clean enough for our baby to crawl on, it was either staining his clothes or just a bit dirty. The bedding was clean and very comfortable. The hot water was abundant and readily available and the water pressure was good. The staff was attentive and there were enough amenities for our stay. Overall this was a great option for a budget hotel.

I did my own plumbing and I missed a very important meeting as well as lost a whole day of work while they changed our room due to outting us in a non-dog friendly, then tried to charge me extra for having a dog in the room and treated me like I was trying to hide her. Furthermore, all of the employees look very unhappy to be there.

the only reason we booked this staycation was to enjoy the pool. It was closed our entire stay due to poor staff communication and improper chemical maintenance. Disappointed we did not get offered a return coupon or any incentive, not even an apology for the inconvenience.

This was an excellent motel. Very clean and comfortable with nice amenities like heated mirror in bathroom, rain shower, lovely decor and huge tv too. Beds were very comfortable and management was very helpful. Received a phone call from front desk an hour or two after I checked in to check that I had everything I needed which was above and beyond. Wish we were staying more than one night!

All six members of staff I interacted with were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had a horribly late check-in, a broken TV remote, requests for extra coffee, and each need I had was met with a smile. The bed was comfortable and it took every ounce of personal responsibility to not steal the pillows which were amazing. The shower was spacious and sink/mirror perfect for makeup. Walked to a tasty brewery but drove everywhere else.
