This beachside retreat offers the perfect blend of outdoor living and convenience, just a gentle 4 minute walk from the Cowes front beach and a 15 minute stroll to the heart of Cowes. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a relaxing family getaway or a fun filled trip with friends, this property provides the ideal space for making lasting memories.

The house features an open plan kitchen and lounge with outdoor living options at the forefront. Step outside to enjoy the expansive deck, which is truly a highlight of this property. Accessible directly from the lounge, the deck comes with a gas BBQ and plenty of seating options to suit every mood. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee, enjoying breakfast around the table or unwinding with afternoon drinks at the bar, you’ll love this peaceful outdoor space. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and stovetop, a dishwasher and a microwave. The living area is comfortably furnished with a TV and DVD player, a split system for heating and cooling and a dining table that seats six—perfect for family meals or group gatherings.

There are three bedrooms to accommodate your group: the main bedroom includes a queen bed along with built-in robes and an ensuite, the second bedroom features a double bed and the third bedroom offers two sets of single bunks—ideal for kids or additional guests.

The property is pet friendly and is fully fenced, offering a secure and private yard that features ample off-street parking behind the fence - ideal for children and pets.

Please note: Linen is NOT included with your booking, guests are asked to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Getaway Delight

This holiday cottage was just perfect for grandparents , two grandkids and a privileged pug. ( the owners kindly allowed her to be indoors ). The yard was fully fenced and safe for both the kids and the dog. Outdoor seating space was perfect for the grown ups. Place was spotlessly clean with a relaxed beachside charm. Very well stocked with crockery, , glasses, cutlery etc and located close to a delightfully safe beach. Owners were very accommodating with an early check in. Highly recommend this place and definitely would stay again……

Lovely spot for a weekend stay. Cosy and warm despite a cold, wet winter weekend. Secure garden for the 4-legged family members. Spotlessly clean and easy walk to the beach.
