Enjoy easy living with this unique getaway. A cute cottage with plenty of outdoor space. Set in a quiet residential street, the home is surrounded by friendly permanent residents. The house is fully renovated, fully furnished and tastefully presented to sleep up to 8 people. Ideally located in the heart of Cowes with easy access and a short stroll to the town centre, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and Cowes beach. It is also a 10 minute drive to the GP track.

The house has an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a Smart TV, WIFI, leading onto a large outdoor area from the living room. The house includes full laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully appointed with all of the creature comforts and equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, tea towels, full-sized microwave, coffee pod machine with an assortment of coffee pods for all tastes, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, full size fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and stove top.

Heating/Cooling

The home has a reverse cycle Daikin air conditioner and a wall-mounted heater and pedestal fan in each bedroom.

Outdoor

The outdoor area opens up from the living room with a spacious area for outdoor gatherings. The area is equipped with a 4 burner gas BBQ and a quality large outdoor setting (with umbrella available for use and stored in the shed). There is a storage shed to store bikes, surf boards or scooters.
