Perfectly positioned and tucked away at the end of a quiet court, overlooking parkland and only a short walk to the beach and Boat Ramp Café, you will find this great house which ticks all the boxes for your next Island getaway.
Featuring two spacious, light-filled living areas, the main with extra high ceilings, polished timber floors, a powerful split system for heating and cooling, and WiFi. Both living areas open onto large decks, perfect for entertaining, complete with outdoor settings and a gas BBQ.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and electric cooking, along with an island bench that flows through to a 6-seater dining setting.
The home offers two TVs, including a large smart TV for guest use.
The fully fenced yard has been beautifully updated, featuring landscaped garden beds, fresh exterior paint and a dedicated firepit area, along with plenty of grass for a game of footy or cricket.
Guests are comfortably accommodated with three generous queen size bedrooms, the master with ensuite, plus a second central bathroom and separate toilet.
A washing machine in the laundry is available for guest use. Please note the garage is not available for guest use.
