Situated in a brand new estate is this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living areas modern property. It's also just a short walk to the beach, boat ramp and Cowes main shopping and restaurant precinct.

Property Features: split system, electric cooking appliances, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, gas bbq, outdoor setting, double garage, and a fully fenced back yard.

This beautiful property's two living areas include comfy couches, large screen tv's and BluRay /dvd players to keep everyone entertained. Both upstairs and downstairs living areas open up to decked space. Downstairs has BBQ and dining seating.

The main bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and a single bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Enough beds for the large family or groups of friends.

*Please note that linen is included when booking this property* But, bring your own towels.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

Great location with 8 minute walk to beach. House very clean and has everything you need.

Great location. Quiet area and nice walk to beach. Felt at home with friends and family staying and visiting had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

A spectacular property

Property was clean and spotless. Had everything we needed. Neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. Just the couches on the lower level were too low and a bit uncomfortable. Definitely recommend it for a family of 7 or 8 people.
