Welcomed on arrival with a good chat, then another good chat on the way out. Room was way above what I thought it may be. I have a new favourite place to book a room now when I stay at the Island. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Room was clean and they had the heater on for us which was nice cause it was freezing and raining when we arrived. Rooms are cleaned daily and restocked with essential items like- milk, coffee, shampoo soap and fresh towels. Play ground kept the kids entertained and could see the kids from the whole motel- pool wasn’t open but could see it looking nice and clean. Staff where very friendly on arrival and when out in the motel walking around, cleaners were lovely greeting us during our stay. Would definitely stay again, reasonable priced, very close to everything which was good

Checking in and out was a breeze. Friendly service at reception. Free parking right in front of the door made moving our luggages very easy. A very comfortable stay during our time on Phillip Island. Recommended!

The staff were very understanding when I explained that my elderly husband needed a bit more time to vacate the room. (We didn't abuse their good will.) Clean, pleasant room, tidy grounds, good location.

Stayed for 2 nights. As soon as i walked in to reception, i was greeted with the best customer service and at check out. By far the best stay my partner and i both had,as its not often there is an electric blanket for those cold nights which was awesome. We Stayed in the studio room with a stovetop and a good size fridge and kitchen which we were really happy about and a car park right outside the room. Would definately stay at Seahorse motel again.

Seahorse Motel was easy to get to, close to main street but quiet. It was well maintained with clean, modern facilities, one outstanding features from my perspective, was the water pressure was amazing with PLENTY of hot water! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The Sea horse is an excellent Motel for the 1st time traveler Close to the main shops and the room walls are thick"- so quiet!. Manager was great, even tho there was a power cut" to the area managed to take guests in. With humour" . Good work Karen!

What a lovely property and tremendous room for this price range! Amazing shower and bathroom with ample sink and lots of hot water. Very comfortable bed. Truly a place that gave value for our money during a night stop over in the area after seeing the Penguin Parade.
