About the home
“The Island Nirvana” is a delightful single-storey family home in Cowes just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
A long hallway provides access to the front Living Room (with 65" smart TV) which is a fantastic second area to spread out, and also has internal access to the Garage and Bedroom 1, which features a WIR and ensuite (with shower, toilet, double vanity & heat lamps). The huge central open plan Kitchen (with WIP)/Dining/Living Room (with 85" smart TV & a selection of card & board games) flows out to the rear Outdoor Living area. A side hallway leads to Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 (each with BIR), a fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer, and direct access to the rear yard), a Bathroom (with bath, shower & heat lamps) and a separate Toilet.
Outdoor Areas
The huge rear partially covered Entertainers Deck (with gas BBQ, 10-seater table and bench seats for more) provides a fantastic place to relax and entertain overlooking the fully enclosed rear yard. The Double Garage (with fold up table tennis table & EV Charger) has space to park 2 cars, with additional space for 1 more car in the driveway.
Note: There are security cameras on the outside of the home, not facing any private areas.

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Delonghi coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.

The home is perfectly cooled & warmed with electric ducted, dual-zoned refridgerative airconditioning, servicing every room in the home.

This home has 10 beds, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 13 guests:

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program.
