The staff was very attentive throughout our stay we enjoyed the natural landscape and the daily exploration offered such as nature preserve at the national park, scuba diving, buggy ride to the Atlantic side of the island. All were fun and well organized. The all inclusive made our stay easy and carefree

Only thing is that the shop at the resort was expensive, i pad 70 bucks for basic stuff ie pads tampons sunscreen and couple small items, i understand convenience items but 70 usd is crazy

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort. We loved the atmosphere of the resort, it was so pretty, peaceful and quiet. The service and food was wonderful. The "sales" guy (timeshare) was a little annoying but when he realized we weren't interested he left us alone. That was the only downside was checking in and forced to talk to the "sales' guy right away.

Everything about the Explorian was wonderful! Rooms clean and A/C cold. Excursions fun. But the staff is really what makes it special. Our hostess Maria at the Asian restaurant made us feel special. Gabriel at the buffet always gave us great service.

Room was clean and the grounds were great. Had a difficult time at first because I do not speak Spanish fluently. It was Explorean provided excursion trip guided by Jassiel, Nestor, and I believe Chinka that turned our whole vacation experience around and made our stay at the resort fabulous, and with our tight budget for travel; I cannot thank those three enough for helping us feel welcome.

We had a wonderful stay. The food was great. The excursions were alot of fun. Our guides were amazing. Jassiel was awesome. He made each trip so much fun and explained so much about the island. Nestor was very good as well sadly he was only on a couple of our trips. Overall I cant wait to go back.

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. The biggest perk for us is the snorkeling right out front of the Resort. The staff is always so friendly and the food is delicious.

Jungle & Ocean!

Staying here was the best of both worlds… a super calm & relaxing jungle oasis to return to… but being able to go over to F.A for entertainment/kids club & the ocean vibe was awesome! Food was great, service was fabulous. The all inclusive excursions were so fun, especially the snorkelling boat trip! We loved our 8 nights here… we didn’t want to leave!

Great time at this resort always. Many food options as we could use restaurants at Fiesta Americana as well! Pools recently updated were great! What is the best there are wonderful staff especially Arturo supervising that everyone is cared for and Jose at fish restaurant is always working hard to get everyone what we want! Chef Carlos and Nick did a great job for very special meals at Italian restaurant!!

Loved the included excursions and the overall beauty and vibe of both the Explorean and Fiesta Americana. Unfortunately,the two best restaurants with views are closed right now- and no one told us. It was a big disappointment because many of the restaurant options are without AC and the ambiance was severely lacking.
