The hotel seemed tucked away behind trees off the main road but you a could still hear the hay traffic in the room - the front desk staff was not pleasant and the elevators were dirty. The room was clean and the bed was comfy however the front door did not close on its own and looked like someone had previously tried to break in ?!?

Customer service?

The room was very comfortable and clean. Only down was there were no plastic cups for water or plastic bag in ice bucket, also only two washcloths and towels which I always find annoying. When we arrived there were several adult men playing corn hole right at the entry portal. You could not drive under the portal, they did not offer to move. I complained to the clerk, who incidentally couldn’t even bother to stand up to greet me. She did not think my complaint was an issue and quite frankly was more interested in talking to her work mate than the customer.

Had to be moved once due to the room being dirty. Cracker crumbs on desk and chair. Ants and toilet had used toilet paper and it was not flushed. We were moved to another room and the comforter has brown stains on it. I’m going to call down as soon as I feel better. Right now I’m having stomach issues. Very much not happy with this place at all

Good stay

It's an older building, but still pretty well kept. Elevator entry was a bit dirty and panel loose. Room was good. Customer service was good. No hot tub and outdoor pool closed for the season, so not ideal.

The bathtub was peeling, the shower was disgusting, the thermostat barely worked and the atmosphere of the entire place just felt completely run down and trashy, yet I paid over $160 for a night’s stay. I was there a grand total of 11 hours…definitely not worth it and NOT up to the standards of a Hampton Inn. The people were friendly, that was the one good part.
