The staff gets a 5 star rating. They were all so nice, especially the young lady at the front desk. I took a star off because of the restaurant. The waitress was very nice but the food wasn't great. Maybe it was a bad day.

Hotel is filthy: outside and inside Out of order signs on bathrooms, ice maker….and they’re laminated so they’ve been in use for a while Beds were comfy but with hotel on the hwy, it’s constant noise Water pressure is weak and bathroom faucets need an BIG upgrade

Worst check in experience in 3 weeks on the road. Terrible integration with hotels.com . Very old hotel , hall carpet is coming up and wrinkled causing trip hazards. The pool area was locked up with a different key than guests have . Over all a poor showing

The property is old and looks and feels it it. But you get what you pay for. There was a chair so threadbare in my room that it gave me the creeps wondering how long it had been there. I won't be returning.

Quick stop!

We stayed for one night when passing through town. Price was right, breakfast was included and there was a pool and hot tub. Dog friendly and only charged us $20 to add the pup. Room wasn't dirty, but the building is old, overall great value.

If you need a budget hotel, this will do. But be warned, it has not be updated since probably 1982. Carpets are stained and need to be stretched, breakfast is cold, beds probably the same beds since 1982 as well. Staff is not friendly. Towels were stained.

I booked this hotel for my 87 year old dad as he had a hospital appointment for an MRI in Cranbrook and he did not want to drive home in the dark. He had the MRI 3 hours earlier than it was scheduled so he went back to the hotel and said that he did not need the room because he could still drive home in the daylight. There were 3 people lined up behind him looking for a room but the hotel still charged him the full price. This was always out go to hotel in Cranbrook but not any more. Both I and my dad were quit upset and will never go back there and will make sure to let all out friends that frequently stay there to stay away. Not good for a business.
