The room was very disappointing. The carpet was extremely dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell. The light switch didn’t work, and the walls were cracked and unpainted. Overall, it felt neglected and poorly maintained. At check-out, the receptionist couldn’t provide a receipt for the payment because she didn’t know how to do it. Very unprofessional experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was okay to stay for 2 days. They never cleaned the room for 2 days we stayed there. We were four and they just kept 2 shower towels. Breakfast was very basic, they had no cereal to restock, no milk was kept for cereal, we had ask them. No yogurt, juices, fruits, whipping cream were restocked. Everything when asked they said its not in stock.

Trip for minor surgery

We have stayed here before. Our check in package was waiting for us. They gave us a close room to the restaurant and lobby. Room was comfortable and clean. TV worked fine. The included breakfast happened to be an "all you can eat" buffet which was a bit of a bonus. Finally, the surgeon wanted to see my wife the next day mid afternoon and we had nowhere to go for a few hours. Upon request, they let us stay a couple of hours later than normal checkout which helped us a lot.. for no charge. It is something they cannot always accommodate but could today. At check out I told them that because of that, on our next trip to Cranbrook I wouldn't be searching for "the best deal"... I'd be staying there. I'm not saying it's Ceaser's Palace or the Taj Mahal... it's was just a nice , clean, friendly place to stay

Heritage has been one of my favourite stays in Cranbrook because i feel at home there. The room are great, great breakfast included and is very close to all amenities in Cranbrook. The price of hotel is very affordable as well. One of my favourite hotels by far

Bed was comfortable and that is the most important thing. Easy to walk to restaurants and we made use of the hot tub. Would stay there again for sure if we are ever in Cranbrook in the future.

Terrible Experience

Very tired hotel...desperately needs updating. Huge chips in sink, torn carpets in halls, dingy decor. Breakfast was included, but all three days, ran out of everything...including cutlery and plates! People were trying to eat off saucers. There was one girl trying to do EVERYTHING in the dining room and she just couldn't keep up. We felt very sorry for that girl, different one each day. They should just forget about offering breakfasts. We've stayed many times in the past, but never again.

Overall impressed

Our stay was great! Its an older building so we were expecting things to not be perfect and modern, but it was clean, comfy beds, decent breakfast (eggs,hashbrowns,bacon,pancakes,etc). Pool was fun. Overall it was a great experience!
