Large comfortable bed, clean spacious room, nice modern bathroom. This hotel could be a problem for people with ambulatory problems as I do not think there is an elevator to the second and third floors

I like the beds very comfortable. Three nice big pillows to each bed. Big bathtub, but water going either very hot or very cold, that wasn’t very pleasant. Clean all around. Thin walls but expected cause place it older.

The hotel itself, the service, the location were excellent. Met our needs perfectly. My only issue was the fact that there was no elevator. This is not anything against the hotel - it’s a historic building and I should have known my mobility issues would trouble me. But overall, love the place and highly recommend it. Would stay again even without an elevator :)

The room was nice, comfortable bed, clean. The first impression when you walk in is not good tho, ceiling in lobby is in serious need of repair/replacement, and that geniuenly got me worried, if the first place of contact in this hotel is in this shape, how's the rest going to be. The hotel itself is nice enough, centrally located. However, it's next to main hangout restaurant in town, windows right above the area where the patrons of the restaurant go to smoke, I heard everything because of not great windows until midnight, and then there were some very loud guests on top floor of the hotel, having party probably until 1. As well as homeless people hanging out near entrance to the hotel. Certainly don't recommend visiting this hotel with children.

Good hotel, downtown location

Nice downtown hotel, walking distance to Western Financial Centre. A lot of steep stairs to rooms. Checkin was unusual. Make sure to read the email that they send you.
