Dirty sheets, worn room with ripped carpets and broken curtains. Awful air freshener pumped out into the bedrooms that gave us all headaches. Average breakfast. Not worth the money.

Nice staff and great parking options which was a perk as we rented a car! Loud at times (noise from cars passing by and others in the hotel (others were not loud, there just must be very little sound proofing). Lots of noticeable damage and lack of cleanliness noted. Tiles missing grout in bathroom and spills on the furniture/walls not wiped.

Great stay but some things need addressing

Arrived was treated by friendly staff, 2 ad 2 kids got a beautiful big room with balcony so spacious. All staff were great. We didn’t arrive till 6 so we know kids couldn’t go to pool as they would have to be out by 7, but this morning went down at 9.45 kids in pool 1 min to be told they could not be in there, there was a baby class at other end and contamination with nappies. I asked why was there no notification about this for to be shown a sign that was left on a still behind the counter stating something else until it was turned around. Residents need to be notified about those time at check in. Had to upset boys leaving , it was his confirmation all he want was pool and kfc which was beside. I have to say when I talked to receptionist this morning she straight away offered me a late check out so kids could use pool but we had arrangements made to meet family. I would definitely go back as we are planning to do for our child’s communion in 4 weeks but will make sure of those pool times so everyone is happy

Good- would stay again but some issues

4/5 stars. It’s a good location. A short taxi ride or bus ride to the Galway City Centre. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve had! There was plenty of parking if you have a car. The room itself was very spacious and recommend the family room. It worked out perfection with one large room with 2 double beds and 1 twin bed. There were a few cons: 1. The hotel room looked a bit outdated especially the bathroom. 2. There was no hot water which was big inconvenience, but they sent a maintenance worker straight away and it was fixed within 1 hour. 3. The sink was also not draining well and that was also fixed quickly. It was a big inconvenience though bc it delayed our morning by 1 hour and thankfully we made it to breakfast before they closed. 4. Our key cards somehow didn’t work for 2 different times and had to get new cards activated. Again another inconvenience.
