Staff at reception are friendly and empathetic. Restaurant staff efficient and kind. Main meal was off the scale and dessert enjoyable. Room was very cool when we walked in. We upped the temperature by one degree and woke up very hot at about 2am! Left to catch a flight at 4.30 or I am sure breakfast would been marvellous.
