Our Historic 2,048 square foot, 2 bedroom and loft, 2.5-bathroom, home is within walking distance to Historic Downtown Creede. This home provides easy access to Creede's downtown, with many shops, galleries, one-of-a-kind restaurants, and the famous Creede Repertory Theater.

Our beautifully remolded home is said to have housed Creede’s old dance hall and is one of Creede's historic gems. It overlooks the charming town of Creede and is within walking distance of downtown. Enjoy stunning views of the Creede Cliffs and surrounding mountains through French Doors, leading you to the outdoor covered patio and the spacious fenced yard with mature trees. Our updated kitchen is perfect for multiple cooks and has a double oven and gas stovetop. A new efficient forced air furnace keeps the home nice and toasty in the winter, and an additional wood stove insert in the sitting area provides extra warmth and ambiance.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).

The home has a Smart TV above the fireplace and a Smart/Apple TV in the living room. A desk in the sitting room provides the perfect spot for remote work.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
