Good place for the money. Comfy bed. Place is a bit dated. Chose this place because it had a restaurant inside. Didnt get to use it because the cook didnt show up for work. Weather was bad so i can see the reason for it.

Rob was great at check-in. Very helpful. However lady at the check in desk, Terry or Tammy was snarky and rude. Also we went for breakfast at 9am Sunday and already out of bacon and eggs. Told us we need to wait 10 min because she's cooking more. She wasn't sure if she should make more as breakfast was done at 10am and hotel was busier that usual so they were busier that normal. If you offer breakfast until 10am breakfast should be available until that time. Also an excuse about the hotel being busy and that's why there is not much food?!!! You know how busy the hotel is based on bookings, no excuse. Lastly, huge potholes in parking area.

Perfect Place to Snowmobile From

We came to Orillia to snowmobile as they have snow :) The hotel was perfect for us!! It's right on the OFSC trails, nice big parking lot at back to park trailer, load machines etc. Our room faced the parking lot and we literally were able to park machines right outside our window. Restaurants within walking distance and gas station a couple minutes down trail. Also, added bonus, trails were beautifully groomed there. We had a great time and definitely would choose this hotel to sled out of.
