Check out is at 11 am. Please load the dishwasher and start. There should be no dishes in the sink. Take out the trash from kitchen trash. Make sure jacuzzi lid is fastened down
TURN OFF ALL HEATERS!! LOCK ALL THE DOORS. Clean up after your pet.

Old cottage, needs work inside and out. Not as charming as advertised! It worked for our family of six and small dog as we were able to get out everyday and its location was convenient to the Redwoods and the beach. Just not cleaned or cared for enough to justify the cost/night.Hot tub worked great and there was definitely sleeping for six, though only seating for four around dinner table.Property manager, Mechelle, very responsive and helpful with all problems reported.

The house was very nice. The check in process was easy and the rooms were well furnished and suitable for our hosts. There were some dirty spots of the house that were there before we arrived like the soot that was stuck to the floors behind the entry fireplace that we cleaned up, but otherwise, the house was in great shape. Only using three loads of laundry was a challenge, but we were able to make it work. I would say that 5 would have been more far considering the number of nights that we stayed and the amount of sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels we needed to wash. The hot tub warmed up extremely slowly, only rising by 3 degrees in the four-five hours we tried to prep it in, so we were never able to use it. There was very little lighting in the back so visibility was limited after sundown. The property was in a great location and served us very well for the trip. Definitely worth the price, but I would consider fixing some of these smaller issues.
