Passive heating and cooling design ensure a comfortable temperature year-round while leaving only a tiny environmental footprint.



Villa 5 offers a thoughtfully designed layout ideal for families and groups. Large doors and wall panels open to create seamless indoor-outdoor flow, inviting in fresh sea breezes and natural light. Upstairs: Two queen bedrooms, each with a private en-suite (one with spa bath). Downstairs: Open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, plus a bunk room that sleeps up to six (best suited for children or up to four adults). Private courtyard with BBQ, outdoor shower and toilet, and your own bubbling spa. Pet-friendly – your doggie is welcome too! The villa also includes free Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer – everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay.
