One level, renovated 3 br/2 ba home away from home (license#301790), sleeps 7, located on the 3rd floor. Just few minutes away from the base of ski area, quiet neighborhood, on the free shuttle loop, what runs every 20 minutes. Three minutes ride takes you to the base of ski area.
Complex offers communal hot tub (all year around), tennis court (Summer and Fall).
Once you walk in to the condo, make yourself comfortable hang your coat and leave your boots at entry area. Than continue in great open space of living room/dining room/kitchen. Enjoy the view thru big windows and glass door or relax on the balcony with the view of Mt Crested Butte.
Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops welcomes you to prepare home meal, then enjoy it in dining area, dining table seats 6, additional sitting is by the bar table out of the kitchen.
Relax in spacious living room by wood burning fireplace, wood is provided and stored in the garage, watch big screen cable TV. Alternative use is Apple TV (bring your own account info).
Across from the kitchen is shared bathroom with tub/shower combo. Down this hall are bedrooms.
Master bedroom with king bed and private bath and deck.The guest bedroom with queen bed and kids bedroom in the middle. There is Twin bunk bed and trundle bed in kid's bedroom. Pack & Play station is available upon request. Condo is equipped with full size washer/dryer for you to use. The guest bedroom also has flat screen cable TV.
Grill is available for guests, it is stored down in the garage. (Town of Mt Crested Butte requirement-full tank BBQ Grill is prohibited to be located on the balcony of rental units). Please pull the grill out in front of the building to use it.
There are 2 parking spots available for guests to use. Parking permits are required!!! And will be provided by property manager upon your arrival. Trailers and RV's unfortunately cannot be accommodated on Outrun property.
Trash and recycling containers are located on the parking lot next to metal steps.
The unit does not allowed pets , party and smoking of any kind!! This family friendly condo welcomes guests 25 years and older, family, family with kids ...

Condo was super clean and furnished very nicely. Kitchen has new appliances and everything you need if you are going to cook. Living room was great with plenty of room on the wrap around couch in front of a nice sized tv. Big kitchen table was perfect. Bathrooms were updated and nice. Both balconies are spacious and the main one over looks the ski area. Fireplace was great and plenty of wood for its use. The shuttle to the base area runs every 30 min and is about 50 yards from the condo. You can catch this shuttle and then transfer to one that will take you to town. Plenty of parking if you have your own car. Overall, we are very picky about where we stay and this condo met our expectations. Also, the owner was great and very communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Here’s a shorter, more positive version:⸻We had a great stay at this three-bedroom ski condo and it worked very well for our family of five. The layout was comfortable with plenty of space to get ready for skiing, and the convenient bus ride to the mountain made things easy. Our kids especially loved playing in the snow just outside the condo.There were a few small areas that could be improved, such as updating the check-in instructions and giving a bit more attention to preparation before arrival. The washer and dryer could also use some light maintenance. Overall, these were minor items, and we really enjoyed the space, location, and family-friendly setup.

Wonderful stay in Mt. CB

This is our fourth time staying with Bearnard and, as usual, everything was great! The views from the balcony are phenomenal, the beds are comfortable and the host is accessible and accomodating. I highly recommend renting this condo if you get the chance!

Excellent spot for families. The place was in good shape and had tons of kid-friendly and kid-proofing items (potty seats, crib, pack and play -- even toys!) Good location to the mountain, easy to check in. Worked well for our family of five!

Cozy Ski Lodge

Perfect Ski Lodge! Our family was super cozy in this top floor spot. Our favorite features were the views and proximity to the base of Mount Crested Butte. So close to the Free transportation too. The kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking a few meals a breeze. Loved that firewood was plenty and available as well! Really great stay!

Great condo for our family of 4!

This condo has all the comforts of home. There was not a thing that we were lacking for during our stay. It has great access to the bus and the living room is so cozy and perfect for relaxing. The beds were really comfortable also! The property manager was great to work with. We highly recommend!

Great condo in a great town

We had an awesome time enjoying mountain biking and hiking around Crested Butte this fall. This condo was a great home base. The primary bedroom bed was SOO comfortable! (I can't speak to the other beds) and we found the kitchen to be clean and well stocked - could use one big pot but otherwise really great. Loved the deck! Used the hot tub which is for some reason hard to find in CButte in the fall (I guess a lot of resorts turn them off for the fall). Great communication. Recommend!

We Loved "Laurel at Outrun" in Crested Butte

We loved our stay in Crested Butte, and our "Laurel at Outrun" condo was a big part of what we loved about it. The condo was very clean. We needed to communicate with the manager a couple of times while we were there and they were extremely responsive and accomodating. Maybe best of all was the location. The view of Mt. Crested Butte from the balcony is incredible. Coffee at sunrise and drinks at moonrise were great ways to begin, and end, our adventuresome days. We would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Great views from both balconies!

We enjoyed ourselves very much here and would love to come back! There are balconies on two different sides, each with a nice reat view- on one side it's of Mt Crested Butte. Comfortable balcony furniture makes it lovely to rest there after fabulous Crested Butte hiking. The dining table is great for board games.

Great little condo

I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was great for seven people. I heard complaints about it being on the third floor from the kids, but it really wasn't that bad. It's probably time to replace the dryer and pots and pans, but it was nice overall. The kids loved Bearnard.

Lifelong memories!

Loved staying here. The couch, the big table, and the bear were huge selling points for us. We loved playing games and eating dinner at the huge table, hanging out with Bernard the bear, and watching SNL and laughing the night away on the couch. During the day, the mountain is only a short walk away/there is free parking. Loved this place. (We aren’t really hot tub goers so no problem here but we could not find the hot tub). Thank you! Highly recommend

We stayed here with our family for a ski weekend. The condo was perfect for our group of seven. It was easy access to the ski slopes with the bus stop at the property. It had a great layout, and we would happily stay here again.

Awesome Mountain Condo

The condo was bigger than expected and the location was incredible, as it is a short walk from the ski resort. Having covered parking was a nice bonus, and the garage was stocked with additional firewood and a propane grill. I would absolutely stay here again.
