The property is great but the welcome under our conditions were not great. We got in at 6:30 pm so it was dark. No lights outside of the property whatsoever, snow drifts and sidewalk not shoveled. Had to walk through snow banks and wasn’t sure which side of the house in drifts of snow to walk through. I was informed lots of ice in driveway. Needless to say I fell when tryin to access garage code. Rough welcome for the fist arrival and snow was shoveled the day we left Sunday. Other than that great spot and property.

I stayed 9 nights and enjoyed tremendously every moment in this “Paradise”. The hosts were exceptional, the apartment was immaculate, the interior lighting was upgrade and the views were outstanding from every window. (And porch). I arrived for a “winter storm chase”which was very successful. (20 inches over 2 storm cycles.) The winter host Erin( delightful !) shoveled the stairs and walkways, snow blew the driveways as needed. Roads were also plowed as needed. (Allowing easy access from enclosed garage to downtown CB less than 10 minutes away.) l honestly can’t think of anything negative, just all super positive. Thank you, Ralph P.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Buckhorn Ranch. The unit, which is above the garage, felt very private, modern, and was equipped with everything we needed. We considered staying in town or closer to the resort, but are so happy we opted to stay at this property as it was spacious and had incredible, sweeping views of the mountains. It was also only a 5-minute drive into town. The host was very accommodating and communicative, providing hiking recommendations and small gestures to make us feel welcome. We would love to stay here again!

This cozy, clean getaway was in a quiet, secluded neighborhood and had stunning wide open views of the valley and hills in south Crested Butte. The decor was nicely designed and comfortable with plenty of storage. The kitchen was sparkling clean and well organized. The host was very friendly and provided great info about the hikes and businesses in town. We would love to stay here again.

Terrific location for us as we explored the mountain bike trails around Crested Butte. Loved the expansive views as well as being close enough to town if needed. The facilities were first class and appreciated the full kitchen and private deck. Lori and Sean were super helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

This little place was exactly what we needed, located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a couple of trails and a short drive into town. Bed was comfy, unit feels spacious with vaulted ceiling. Hosts were responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. The location in the valley of Crested Butte provides incredible 360 degree views. There are numerous hiking trails, and some are only 5 minutes away. The home is newly constructed and thoughtfully designed. The unit is functional, attractive, peaceful, and comfortable. I have no complaints at all.

Great Hosts, Great Apartment, Incredible Views

Lori and Sean are terrific hosts, and the ADU is perfect for a couple. It was spotless and feels brand new. The private deck and views in all directions are fabulous. Super convenient to trails in the East River Valley, 5 or 10 minutes and you are hiking! And....GREAT FURNITURE! Not as common as you might think.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the “sunny accessory dwelling”. The location was great with easy access to Brush Creek Rd. for running, hiking, or biking. The apt. was clean and well-outfitted with everything we needed for an extended stay, plus the hosts were friendly and helpful. We hated to leave and hope to return soon!
