We thought we were going to be late, so arranged a late check in, which was seamless. The air con was on, but didn't need to be as this made the room cold. The room itself was pleasant and clean and the apartments view looked relaxing. We felt the washer/dryer option was misleading with the booking as this turned out not to be in our room but no mention of where this was. Following a 4 day hike was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Sadly the rooms were not sound proof either as the couple below had an argument past 12am and we could hear it all.

Although called a lakeside resort, this is more like a motel and there is no access or view of the lake if you are mountainside. You need to leave the property after a short walk to get any view of the lake. The furniture in the rooms is old and worn. The curtains, walls, and appliances are all dirty. I was placed in a room with a filthy bed. I was changed rooms to one with a clean but everything else was still dirty. This place is not worth the cost.

Due to road closure and a detour I was over an hour past check in. Was able to contact the front desk via an emergency number and they got me a room key. Customer service was great.

Feels like you live in a room in a townhouse, not a hotel. Located in a harbor of a lake. Rooms are good, we can see the lake from the window and in the patio. Parking is easy. Close to a small town to get supply if you are driving.
