One of the Worst Hotel Experiences – Avoid This Comfort Inn I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent stay at this Comfort Inn was so awful I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I arrived, the staff were rude and unhelpful—as if guests were an inconvenience to them. It only got worse from there. The room door was broken and barely closed properly, which made me feel unsafe. Inside, the floor was stained and dirty—it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. To top it off, the elevator wasn’t working, and there was no offer of assistance with my luggage, even after I mentioned I had mobility issues. When it was time to check out, there was no one at the front desk—no bell, no number to call, just completely abandoned. I waited for a while, then eventually had to just leave. I’ve never had such an unprofessional and frustrating hotel experience.

This hotel is for ppl who are minimalists. They had a few issues like a faulty elevator button which some guest destroyed while I was there. Being on the 3rd floor, we had to walk stairs down to first floor. There were two tvs in the suite but one remote. I didn't get it until the 2nd day. Asked for blankets and never got them. Their breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about. The bed was comfortable. The tv service was terrible!! Very limited channels, several didn’t work at all. It's obvious the owners are very cheap!! If you're just doing a one night stay or trying to save money on your trip, it will do just fine.

Gave us the wrong room on the 3rd floor went back down to get it fixed i was stuck in the elevator another customer came and let me out and we had to take the stairs down. I informed the front desk lady she said yeah it does that and proceeded to give me the room i actually booked handicap accessible. The door sensor was broke then it came off! Microwave Burt on the inside and no knob to turn on. No channels on tv, no sign on elevator to tell guest. I had to take my handicap mother down the stairs for 3 days. The front desk lady was nice but couldn’t provide answers when asked just oh it’s the weekend they don’t work… worst experience ever

Dont waste your money staying here!!!!

This hotel was unbelievable disappointing. The elevator buttons were damaged...the remote to the tvs were missing or did not operate the tv. Two different brand of tvs one remote...dirty air vents...missing sink plug...damaged paint on walls...very disgusting and disappointing. This hotel need to be remodeled!!!

I stayed at this hotel over night because it’s close to the airport and it said it has a shuttle. The shuttle does not run at night after 10:45. This is what they told me when I called. What they did not tell me was you have to book the afternoon shuttle in advance so we did not have a ride at noon to go back to the airport. Taxi two ways 25 dollars each way. The elevator did not work and the buttons were broken. The hallways are run down and old looking. The room was ok. Looks like they renovated it.

My transfer never arrived after i called over and over again, being tokd another 5 minutes , by the time i waited an hour i called an uber. The hotel is 10 mins away from the airport , they told me he may have been stuck in "TRAFFIC" NOT IMPRESSED. If there was noone available to do a tranfer it would have been nice to know instead of being led on over an hour. My daughter and i had a layover and wanted to catch a little sleep. That took well over an hour of our time away from being able to get sleep before our next flight at 4 am. I NEVER complain, but always give the benefit of the doubt. It was really disheartening to be treated in such a way.
