Family Reunion

The manager was incredibly responsive and helpful, he helped us set up tours and provided a ton of recommendations. Like with any trip some recommendations panned out great while others didn't. When the toilet broke towards the end of our stay, he sent a plumber to fix it immediately and the problem was resolved by the end of the day. He also reiterated the rules to us when he noticed we were breaking them during his surveillance of us. It was a helpful reminder to have all the rules reiterated even if knowing our every move was being watched felt like an invasion of privacy.
