Magnificent sea views from this large house in a heavenly location

Situated on the west coast of the Crozon peninsula with a superb view over the Bay of Douarnenez, the house is isolated on the Pointe du Kador near the Morgat lighthouse.

Perfect for enjoying one of the most beautiful views of the peninsula and withdrawing from the world for a few days (no television but wifi...).

This large house can accommodate 8 people and includes 1 fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and two shower rooms.

You can enjoy the terrace for lunch or relax facing the ocean.

Wifi free of charge.

The house received new heating in 2022, so it can be rented in comfort all year round.

In addition to the rental fee, the following charges will be billed:

Der Verwalter des Hauses war sehr nett und sprach perfekt englisch. Das Haus war super gemĂŒtlich und die SonnenaufgĂ€nge sensationell! FĂŒr den Kamin war ausreichend Holz vorhanden und die Einrichtung im Wohnbereich gemĂŒtlich. FĂŒr kleine Kinder (unter 3) ist die Terrasse etwas gefĂ€hrlich. Nach Morgat sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, tolle StrĂ€nde und Wanderwege sind im Umkreis zu finden. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas holprig, aber dafĂŒr ist man ungestört von jeglichem Verkehr.

Nous avions loué la maison pour la vue et nous ne fûmes pas déçus. La proximité du G34 est un plus. La possibilité d'aller à Morgat à pied est aussi trÚs pratique. La maison est trÚs agréable, bien équipée.

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach unbeschreiblich schön.

Ein Traum Haus, mit allen Dingen ausgestattet die man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Nette BegrĂŒĂŸung vor Ort mit allerhand ErklĂ€rungen fĂŒr eine gute Zeit ĂŒber der Bucht von Morgat. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es gab alles was wir benötigt haben. Als die Abende etwas kĂŒhler wurden haben wir im Erdgeschoss den Kamin angemacht. Im Obergeschoss sind Heizkörper vorhanden. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt losgehen und schöne Touren laufen. Der Ausblick ĂŒber die Bucht ist nicht zu bezahlen. FĂŒr Familien mit kleinen Kindern sollte man wissen, dass das GrundstĂŒck nicht abgezĂ€unt ist und es teilweise steil abgeht. Auch die Treppe ist sehr steil. Wir waren gerne dort und bedanken uns noch einmal fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt und den netten Kontakt vor Ort.

Grande maison charmante bĂ©nĂ©ficiant d’une situation exceptionnelle . Le Rez de chaussĂ©e mĂ©riterait toutefois d’ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ© et chauffĂ©. Du fait de son exposition et des arbres alentours le soleil disparaĂźt assez rapidement dans l’aprĂšs-midi.

Emplacement exceptionnel

Idéalement placée pour celles et ceux qui aiment la nature, la randonnée pédestre ou le VTT. La vue est exceptionnelle sur la baie de baie de Douarnenez. Comme souvent, en bord de mer, en Bretagne, en Mai, le soleil, tous les jours, était au rendez-vous. La maison est trÚs bien située, confortable et bien équipée. La vue sur la mer est superbe. Nota : attention aux jeunes enfants car le jardin n'est pas clos, et il y a des falaises en contrebas.

TrĂšs bon accueil, nous sommes ravis de notre sĂ©jour dans cette grande maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle ! Le plus est incontestablement le point de vue ! Il est difficile de faire mieux ! Il a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able de pouvoir bouquiner le soir autour de la cheminĂ©e. La literie est confortable et la cuisine trĂšs grande (il y a d'ailleurs tout ce qu'il faut). Enfin, la maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, nous atteignons le centre de Morgat en seulement 10 minutes Ă  pied ! Une chose est sĂ»re, nous reviendrons au mĂȘme endroit l'annĂ©e prochaine. C'est une valeur sĂ»re. Merci pour ce sĂ©jour.
