Come and spend some time in this newly renovated house on the edge of Morgat harbor, Cap de la Chèvre, beaches, trails, and surf spots in an exceptional natural environment!

Located on the heights of Morgat near its beach and port, close to surfing spots and Cap de la Chèvre, 500m from the GR 34 hiking trail, the house enjoys a perfect setting: a south-facing view of the ridge of the coastal path running along Douarnenez Bay, a north-west view of the village of Lostmarc'h, a 2,000 m² garden planted with trees and menhirs, and sublime light whatever the season in one of the most peaceful locations.

The 120 m² house is designed to accommodate 6-8 people.
It is accessible to people with reduced mobility: 930 mm doors, separate bedroom/shower/toilet on the ground floor. Access to the accommodation is via several large bay windows.
Its renovation was completed in 2025 and was carried out with the utmost care, using high-quality materials and in compliance with current environmental standards.

Surf!
The location is ideal for getting to the main spots.
Kite-Wing-Windsurf: anything that glides or flies can be practiced right next door.
The house is 500 meters from the GR34 hiking trail and two greenways for cycling.
Swimming, open water swimming, dinghy sailing, kayaking, windsurfing... The Morgat Sailing Club is within walking distance of the house.
Learn to sail on Anne-Helene's cruising sailboat. “Sail Aventure” offers sailing lessons, seamanship classes, and marine discovery sessions. Accessible to ages 4 to 94, alone, with family, or with friends.
It's a 10-minute walk to Morgat.
The mineral museum, an equestrian center, a tree-top adventure course, and a maze in the heart of nature are all within walking distance of the house.

Please note:
- Firewood is available on site. Charged per cubic meter based on actual consumption. Example: 6 logs measuring 50 cm long / 15 cm in diameter = €15
- The house is a non-smoking area.
- The house offers the possibility of renting a separate apartment, with no neighbors opposite and respecting everyone's privacy, which can comfortably accommodate 2/3 people. The courtyard and part of the garden are shared. The peace and quiet of the place must be respected.
- The house is part of a complex that used to be a carpentry workshop. The adjoining workshops now host activities related to board sports and nature. No disturbance will be caused by its occupants.
- Unfortunately, pets are not welcome.
- Regardless of the length of your stay, a cleaning and laundry fee of €120 will be charged.
- The plancha grill and barbecue must be cleaned and degreased before departure.
- Bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels must be left in the laundry room upon departure.
- General waste, recycling, glass, and compost bins must be emptied and cleaned upon departure.
- The ashtray provided for outdoor use only must be emptied upon departure.
- Dishes must be washed and put away upon departure.
- Failure to comply with the above clauses will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
- Failure to maintain quiet, the presence of a pet, or smoking inside the accommodation will result in the immediate termination of the contract.
