This bright and peaceful one-bedroom flat on the 4th and top floor boasts a magnificent sea view.

The living room, dining area, kitchen and terrace all face south.

There is a bedroom with two 80 cm beds (which can be joined to make a 160 cm bed), a sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom with a toilet.

Appartement agréable avec une belle vue sur mer. Il est situé en plein centre ville ( nombreux commerces, petit marché producteur le matin sauf le lundi, foire le mercredi matin). L appartement est bien équipé , la literie est confortable. Les rideaux électriques et manuels sont fragiles.Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour d une semaine en septembre 2025.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche bei fabelhaftem Wetter in Crozon und Umgebung verbracht. Der Ausblick auf dem Balkon ist umwerfend, so dass wir gerne die Abende mit dem Bick auf die Bucht von Morgat haben ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und die Treppen in den 4. Stock haben wir als tägliches Workout integriert :-)

Magnifique appartement très bien agencé et joliment décoré. Le balcon est un réel bonus avec la vue sur Morgat tout le long de l'appartement. Nous en oublions presque le 4eme étage sans ascenseur. C'est sûr nous reviendrons pour continuer de découvrir cette magnifique presque ile de Crozon !!

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour, dans cet appartement a la vue sublime sur la baie de Morgat. L'appartement est tres bien agencé et pres de tous les commerces et du marché a pied. Les 4 etages a pied se font facilement. Nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

Excellent séjour à Crozon

La plage de Morgat est magnifique, Ses eaux claires et son cadre naturel en font un lieu idéal pour se détendre. c'est aussi un bon spot pour pêcher le Bar. Großartige Aussicht vom Balkon

Wir haben uns während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt, die 4 Etagen nach einer Wanderung hochzugehen, ist nicht schön, aber wird durch die großartige Aussicht vom Balkon mehr als wettgemacht. Das Appartement ist gut aufgeteilt, einige Erneuerungen bei der Ausstattung wären angebracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Concierge Nicolas war sehr freundlich und er hat immer sehr schnell reagiert (auch am Wochenende). Uns war im Vorhinein nicht klar, dass eine Kaution hinterlegt werden musste und Strom, Wasser und auch die Endreinigung nicht in der Miete inbegriffen sind und vor Ort abgerechnet werden. Das sollte unserer Meinung nach deutlich im Inserat erwähnt werden.

Super séjour !

Très bon séjour avec vue magnifique depuis l'appartement. Bien équipé. Le gros hic était la VMC qui s'entendait fort dans la chambre... mais au bout de 2 nuits on plus rien. Merci à Tania et à Nicolas pour leur sympathie et leur disponibilité. Belle région 😍. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

Bel appartement avec vue sur mer

L'appartement au 4e étage (sans ascenseur) est idéal pour 2 personnes, bien équipé, et une pièce de vie plein sud extrêmement lumineuse et dégagée sur la baie de Douarnenez et le joli port de Morgat (une meilleure isolation contre le vent et le froid serait un plus). Les commerces à proximité sont très appréciables. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans cet appartement.

Très belle vue, très lumineux - conforme à l'annonce

Appartement très bien avec une très belle vue. Très lumineux grâce à sa très grande baie vitrée et très calme. Avoir à l'esprit les 4 étages sans ascenseur, l'escalier est large ce qui est facilitant pour monter et descendre les valises. La remise des clés et la restitution des clés ont été très bien, Nicolas qui gère les arrivées et entrées dans l'appartement est très arrangeant sur les horaires et je pense vraiment disponible en cas de besoin même si nous n'avons pas eu de besoin particulier pendant notre séjour.

Appartement idéalement situé, coquet, très propre, tout était parfait Séjour malheureusement très écourté à cause d'un accident survenu sur le GR34. Remerciements particuliers à Florence très serviable qui nous a aidés à gérer ce moment compliqué. J' espère revenir bientôt pour réaliser ce qui n'a pu être fait. Encore merci à Florence.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt

Gemütliche Wohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf die Bucht vom Morgat. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, 4. Stock ohne Aufzug! Für 2 Personen ideal. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, mittwochs klassischer französischer Markt vor der Haustür. Da die Verwalterin bei unserer Ankunft leider krank war, lernten wir ihre nette und freundliche Art erst beim Abschied kennen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Superbe semaine à Crozon

Appartement très bien placé en plein centre de Crozon, les magasins du centre sont juste à côté. Nombreuses balades à quelques kilomètres. Le 4ème étage n'est pas un problème tant la vue du balcon Terrasse est magnifique ! L'appartement est par ailleurs joliment décoré et fonctionnel. On recommandera.
