Here's a short and professional version of your message: --- We chose this hotel based on the advertised 24-hour airport shuttle, but despite calling multiple times, no service was provided and we had to arrange our own transport and after arrival at the hotel I realized they were ignoring the customers calls in the front desk. Upon arrival, we also found a dead snake on the ground-level roof visible from our balcony, which was unsettling. Photos are available if needed. Rest everything was fine. Thank you.

One lady at the front desk was super sweet and the other didnt even greet us. When we go to the diner at 8:30 they were sold out of pretty much everything and we were told to try somewhere else- the lady working was also the only one working. The rooms smelled like they were old and full of mildew and our covers had cigarette burns all over them. We had two towels in a room meant for 4 people. The floors were riddled with stains of who knows what. We needed a cheap hotel to stay at before our flight back out of Philly but there are other much nicer places for the same rates in the area. 10/10 wouldn't go back.

We stayed for 3 nights at this property. There were things for microwavable tea, but no coffee. I have never stayed at a hotel that doesn't offer coffee in the lobby for guests. Instead you must pay $3.00 in the restaurant/bar. The restaurant/bar closes very early even on Saturday night on Memorial weekend and there is nowhere close to get a cocktail after a long day. The night we did get there before closing to order a drink, the bartender was very put out as she was closing in 20 minutes, so she made it to go as she couldn't be bothered by customers. When we left for the day, we asked for more towels (only 2 in the room) and for our bed to be made. Neither of those happened so at days end I had to go to front desk where I had to wait while she did paperwork and stated "Well, I will have to go in back when I get a minute" Poor service overall except for the lovely lady that worked in the restaurant the first night we arrived on Thursday. She was friendly, funny and very helpful with finding out about places to go in Philadelphia. She was the highlight of the entire hotel. On our last night, there was some kind of celebration going on. There was NO parking left for guests. We had to make up a spot near a fence and pray we didn't get towed. We asked the front desk about it and told her where we parked and if it would be ok. Her response was "I guess". Overall, I would not return

We often stay at this property. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and a varied menu with super prices! The hotel is a great location to use the shuttle to the airport. Staff is very good as well!

I liked the front desk staff and rooms. Elevators are old and the elevator floors needs cleaning and no ice in the ice machine on the 7th floor.Front desk told me to use the ice machine on the lower floor.

The hotelnis showing its age and sorely needs an update. The hard furnishings are good. The beddingand carpet, shower curtains all need to be replaced. The cleaning is only cursory. The restaurant and employees need a good manager and iverhaul.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is old and has been updated. In cases of updating you can see the corners that were cut in the bathroom. When we let the water run in the shower, something black was coming from the side of the shower. The wallpaper was coming apart through out the room. The hotel needs a full renovation.

The keys would desensitize if they came into contact with your credit card so we couldn’t keep them in our wallets. The toilet was broken and the entire 6th floor smelt like cigarettes. The place was super dark and dank. Would not recommend - we left a half hour after arriving and booked other accommodations (maintenance had not showed up by that point).
