Totally cute beach shack 80m walk to Culburra beach!

Lovingly decorated beach shack in "Burradise" just a short 80m walk to the pristine sands of Culburra Beach and 20 min walk or 2 min drive to town centre.
This cosy cottage is an original weatherboard on a 700sq metre block with a private backyard + entertaining deck surrounded by trees. The interior has a lovely big living + dining room looking out on to the yard, with a new wood heater for those cooler nights. The master bedroom boasts a super comfortable queen bed and the second bedroom, while small, has a double bed and is very private.
The kitchen and front porch are flooded with sunlight in the morning. Enjoy freshly ground coffee beans in a home made barista style coffee or the super popular coffee caravan in town is a 20 minute walk away. There are two bikes available on request to make the journey to town quicker.
Culburra Beach town has several cafes, a Woolworths, BWS, a Surf Shop, Bike & Board rental, Op Shops and local businesses selling bits and bobs.
Culburra beach is right at the end of the street, otherwise you can venture slightly further to discover the many other beaches and waterways - Culburra is surrounded by water play options within walking distance from the house and just 10 minutes drive from the northernmost Jervis Bay beaches!
There are a couple of basic surfboards at the house available on request and a gas BBQ if desired. There's a fire pit in the backyard; we only ask that you don't move it as it's positioned carefully to be safely clear of the leafy canopy. Fires are not to be lit during fire bans so follow local advice accordingly.
No dogs or pets of any kind please.
Portable cot available on request.
