I don’t think this property was worth the price. Yes it was beautiful and clean but certainly not for the rates. Like a lot of others reviewers say it was a bit outdated. The staff isn’t the friendliest but it seems as though they have to get an approval from someone almost always, getting an upgrade or any sort of perk isnt something that they care to do everything comes with a cost. The bartenders at the pool are the least friendly, on top of the drinks not being good and overpriced my husband asked for a change of a $20 & when they forgot whether he gave it or not made him wait to check the cameras and didn’t apologize after they were wrong. The place is secure and maintained well. They just lack entertainment and even music at pool. Unfortunately on day one I decided on another location for next time.

From the start the staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The property is conveniently located near many walkable restaurants and minutes away from old San Juan via Uber. The oceanside views and beach was wonderful and the pools were clean. I would recommend this hotel if staying in San Juan!

We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The beach access is very convenient and loved also having access to the pool. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Staff was very nice except casino managers were trying to intimidate winning guests playing black jack. Rats around pool and food and drinks way overpriced for that hotel.
