A 1,700 sq. ft. Starlink connected 3 bedroom, 2 bath hillside house facing the predominant breezes with a full kitchen and breathtaking views, a spacious deck overlooking the sea, town and islands beyond. It's perfect for couples and families.
The 3rd bed and bath located downstairs is only available to the 5th and or 6th booked guest.
An ideal location, within walking distance to markets, restaurants, bars and the ferry Terminal.
A 10 minute drive to Flamenco Beach and the snorkeling beaches along the road to Melones are within walking distance. The house is attractively furnished, well equipped, and everything is quality as it’s also my vacation home.

Yes, All the accolades that people have listed are correct. And we appreciated every detail of the antique surfboards, the variety and quality of artwork (by the host), and the designs of the wood furniture, great coffee makers, and pillow-top beds. We enjoyed the lovely sunrises from the deck, great views of the water even from the kitchen sink. We used ceiling fans in the bedrooms not air-conditioners but my grandkids did. Good to have both. We brought our own masks and snorkels but it was great to have the high quality flippers and our guest used the mask and snorkel provided. We kept the folding chairs right in the car to go to various beaches. My husband and I liked being close to town so we could walk to dinner. The host was welcoming and most helpful.

Our host was great. There was no blender/mixer when we arrived and he had one delivered in no time! The view is awesome, fun to see the boats coming in and out of the harbor, town lights and a full moon rise on our last night!

This was one of the best VRBO experiences to date. The location was perfect, the host was very helpful and the communication was fantastic. It was so nice to have everything you could need plus things you didn’t know you needed but glad you had. When I come back to the island, I will stay here again!

We had a really wonderful stay here! The location to the downtown area and ferry was perfect. It made getting around by golf cart very easy. It does get hot not having AC in the living area but the outdoor deck made it all better. It was definitely our favorite spot to hang out when we were at the house. The bedrooms were perfect and cool though and aside from the lively roosters early in the morning, we slept very well!! We will absolutely be back and will definitely stay here again! Will was so helpful and gave us great advice on literally everything and anything having to do with Culebra!

Vacation to Puerto Rico

Our family loves the beach and water. We had enjpyed many years of spending our vacations on the NC coast. This year we wanted to see something new. Culebra has beautiful beaches. This little house is very close to the Ferry-3 min walk! We rented a Jeep per Will’s suggestion. Ate at Mamacitas-highly recommend. Would recommend this little island and the house. The back porch has a beautiful view. Perfect place for morning yoga or pilates! My girls enjoyed the hammock for reading.

Awesome property!!!!

My wife and family (5 total) just finished our stay at Will’s property on the island of Culebra. The property was exactly as described in the listing. We were about a 10 minute walk many restaurants in the area near the ferry. The village is quaint and charming. If you are looking for good food at a fair price you have many choices. If you choose to cook, the kitchen is adequately equipped and the local grocery store is a short walk away. The island is as good as advertised. Beautiful beaches in every direction (best to have transportation) and snorkeling is awesome. Will was a very informative host and responded immediately whenever we had questions. Thank you Will for sharing your home with me and my family. We will recall our stay fondly in the future.

Location, Location, Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Culebra at "The Wind and the Sea" home. We have stayed at many VRBO’s.We liked everything about this house.The area seemed very safe. The house has a great patio with a gorgeous sunrise view while watching the boats come and go.....and usually, a nice breeze. The ceiling fans throughout really keep the house comfortable. The AC in the bedroom was so nice! The washing machine was wonderful to have when staying for a while. The kitchen had everything we needed.I was impressed by how well the house was stocked. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Everything worked well. There were lots of books and games to play. Many beach items were provided; Beach towels, Beach chairs, Umbrella, a cooler, and a hose to rinse everything at the end of the day. All the supplies we needed were provided.It was a short walk to the Ferry area and restaurants. Grocery stores were nearby. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again, when in Culebra.

Wonderful and stylish

The house was modern, stylish, and comfortable- even better than the photos. We appreciated that every small detail had been considered, such as the binoculars to bird watch and the cooler to take to the beach. Moreover, the home is decorated with true style with original artworks, as befits the owner who is an artist. Super easy check in and very responsive and nice host!

Totally worth it

This place is fantastic, and the minute you walk to the patio and see the view you'll know you made a good choice. It's clean, bathrooms are very nice, and the bedrooms comfortable. Location is perfect as you can walk to the heart of everything in just a few minutes. Will is great to work with and quick communication and referrals, especially being on a remote island needing to get transportation and other aspects in order. The house sits up on a VERY steep hill, so you'll get a strong leg workout. Just keep in mind and if you're carrying luggage up, it's no joke. You may want to get a short taxi ride up if necessary. I'd definitely stay here again, the island is beautiful.

Wonderful view

This was a wonderful place to stay. When we drove up to the apartment, we weren't impressed with the exterior of the house, but were thrilled when we went inside. Large living room, gorgeous balcony overlook the water and boats, and very quiet and powerful air conditioning. All the amenities you could ask for were supplied. It's also near the few restaurants and grocery store on the island, so you can walk there or just drive a few blocks. We became very fond of all the roosters parading around on the streets. highly recommend!

Beautiful Views & Excellent Location!

The view of the harbor from the balcony is stunning. You also get a great view of Dewey. The house is clean, and the beds are comfortable. There is air in both bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. The location could not get much better. Everything in town is within a 5 minute golf cart ride. Flamenco Beach is an easy 10 minute trek. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Culebra home

Wonderful place! Spotlessly clean. Incredible views. The deck is the best! A truly lovely place to stay. The beds were really comfortable which is a must after spending many hours snorkeling at Culebra's outstanding beaches. The neighborhood chickens have a great deal to say on many topics, but not a deal-breaker. Again, wonderful place!

Very clean. AC worked great. Having a washing machine was a huge perk as we were traveling light. Walkable to the ferry terminal, restaurants, and grocery stores. The deck is wonderful. Appreciated the little things in the kitchen as well: seasonings, spices, condiments.

Gorgeous view!

We had a wonderful time on Culebra. William was very helpful with our questions and check-in etc. was very smooth. The house was clean, beds comfy, and we loved the deck and hammock. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms was appreciated. I loved that there was both sun and plenty of shade on the deck. Being high on the hill made the view perfection! Culebra in general is definitely a place to relax, snorkel, and be at the beach (get a car), but at least in late October, there wasn't much else to do. Maybe in the high season this is different. It was fine for us; we were just surprised how sleepy it was. Having Netflix at the house for nighttime was helpful. Splitting our time between Culebra and San Juan was great. We would definitely stay at one of William's properties again.

Fabulous view

Even though it’s up hill it’s a short walk to town. Accessible to good restaurant a short ride to the beach. The view is espectacular. The kitchen is well equipped. We had breakfasts with the best view and diner once. A petty I can’t add a picture of the view.

Just show up for vacation

Williams place is turn key. All you have to do is arrive. He is responsive and provides much information on Culebra. His place is centrally located and walking distance to/from the ferry as well as restaurants and markets. 2 blocks uphill but up the hill is what provides the beautiful view of the town and bay.
