There was a sewer smell coming form the bathroom so they moved us . The next room had a roach crawling in the shower while I was taking a shower . The next room we didn't get any sleep , the people above us sounded like they was having a wrestling match all night . We told the front desk she said she would look into it . Still nothing , we went down to the front desk and ask her to please come to our room and hear it for herself . She said she would go to the upstairs room . Needless to say it didnt stop until around 1 am .

Great stay during the parade and market. Appetizer and drinks and service at the restaurant were ex exceptional. Service and food at breakfast was ok...not as good as night before. Front desk service was great also. I would stay again.

Staff was very friendly, check in was a breeze. The entire hotel was spotless to include the rooms. In terms of location it’s minutes away from anything that you would need. But what sets this hotel apart is Their local restaurant. If you want the best meal please go you will not regret it. It’s not cheap by all means BUT it is worth every penny!!! I would not recommend staying anywhere else.

Great location for attending the Christmas market and visiting the Ave Marie grotto. The hotel had plenty of parking. The lobby was comfortable and relaxing. The king suite room was perfect for our needs with plenty of space, clean and in perfect order. Will stay here again when we come back.
