Overall a good value. Service was good and room was clean. However, the rooms are a bit dated and could use an update. Only other comment I have is around the elevators. During our 4 night stay one of the two elevators was down the entire time, and the other was also broken for 2 of the 4 days requiring us to use the stairs. Seems like an issue that should have been resolved within hours, not days.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. My only complaint really is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was only one pillow. I could have asked for another, but I did not. Overall very nice hotel to stay in and was close, walkable to food and museum.

Clean hotel

The hotel is on a good location, the employees are very polite, and the room is very clean. Don't expect a fancy hotel, it is OK and worth the price.

Fiz o check in pela Internet e de nada adiantou. O hotel não tinha informação dos hospedes, não tinha informação do tipo de quarto....trocamos de quarto duas vezes. O primeiro tinha cheiro de gás no banheiro e não tinha cama para a criança, o segundo, as trancas da janela não funcionava. O chuveiro é terrível a água fica oscilando entre quente demais e frio demais.
