Novo , boa localização mas não fazem manutenção

O hotel eh novo , bom . Mas já estão deixando de fazer manutenção nos quartos . Hã infiltrações no banheiro 1215 , o ralo não comporta a água do chuveiro e vaza . Paredes com batidas e riscos . Uma Pena pois o hotel eh novo

Localização e Estacionamento para veículos

A localização do hotel aparentemente seria boa, mas há muitas pessoas necessitadas no entorno e a noite, fica bastante estranho. O hotel possui apenas 7 vagas de estacionamento, sendo necessário ir até um estacionamento conveniado, um pouco mais que uma quadra. Para carregar ou descarregar o veículo a noite, é muito estranho o ambiente. No meu caso, precisei descarregar a noite, com criança, sem poder colocar o carro para dentro do estacionamento que estava lotado (informação do atendente). Porém, para minha surpresa, na saída, pela manhã, com apenas 2 carros ocupados (ou seja, 5 vagas livres), solicitei autorização para colocar o carro dentro do estacionamento por comodidade para carregar e porque estava com uma temperatura de 2 graus, mas mesmo assim, foi dito "Não é possível Sr. deve utilizar as vagas da rua para carregar o veículo". Assim foi feito, mas confesso que achei a sensibilidade do atendimento Péssimo.

Hotel bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Café da manhã justo, com boas opções de comidas e bebidas. Não oferece serviço de restaurante. Quarto de bom tamanho e camas muito confortáveis. Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Sugestão de melhoria dos serviços: disponibilizar micro-ondas e acessórios de cozinha (talheres, taças, etc) para os hóspedes. Como não há bar no hotel, o preço dos itens do mini-bar poderiam ser mais acessíveis, permitindo o consumo dos mesmos.

Problemas com barulho

Hotel novinho, ótimo café da manhã e recepção da Rose. No entanto, tivemos um grave problema com barulho que ia e vinha, não sei ao certo a origem. Foi bastante incômodo para dormir. Falta funcionários no café da manhã, um gentil rapaz estava lidando com a alta demanda sozinho.

Tive que deixar meu carro na rua por que o estacionamento estava lotado, não oferece serviço de manobrista o hotel até me deu a opção de outro estacionamento porém tbm estava lotado e eu que teria que levar 3 buscar o carro nesse outro estacionamento que tá longe do hotel. O quarto peguei com duas camas uma de casal e uma de solteiro mas o quarto era apertado o correto seria ser apenas de casal pelo tamanho do quarto. No café da manhã pratos saindo da cozinha estavam sujo
