Good location. Pool has a nice view. However, the room smelled terrible. The shower drain smelled like a sewer. They gave us a new room (great!). However, when we came back that evening, somehow our TV was on (we never turned it on). Then the AC unit began leaking during the night. It leaked all over our travel bag and the shelf it was sitting on. I used four towels drying everything. The rooms are old one bedroom studios that need renovating. Also the pool bathrooms also smell like a sewer. Very disappointed.

Old but cheap hotel

The hallway smelled of cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking area. The toilet was clogged. I asked for the room change and I was promptly taken care of. The mattresses are very old and the body "sinks" at lay down. The air-conditioner was smelly. The breakfast is very good, and some attendants were very helpful.

So tenho que reclamar da atendente julia, que fez pouco caso quando perguntei se havia algum quarto vago, se poderia entrar antes das duas, isso pq era 12:00. Muito sem profissionalismo. So foi fazer o checkin on line e liberaram o quarto. Nao deu 2 minutos. Quanto a atendente so me deu uma resposta rispida que nao tinha quarto disponível. O outro que estava começando me tratou melhor do que esta ai. Poderiam dar uma aula de atendimento aos clientes pra ela. Que antipatia
