Its ok for those who enjoy simple hotels. The rooftop and the pool is a plus. Air conditioner is loud. It is next to downtown but its surrounding area gets desert after the afternoon, it is dark and feels unsafe so as to walk.

Fiquei dois dias neste hotel, estava fazendo 6 graus. O chuveiro não funcionou um dia se quer, o ar-condicionado também não funcionou. A tv tem 4 canais com visibilidade muito pouco. O hotel é antigo e tem muito cheiro de mofo. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos , o quarto era limpo e o café da manhã bom. Porém não recomendo!

Pedi uma taça na recepção a atendente me disse que só teria copo descartáveis de plástico, poucas funcionárias para fazer a arrumação dos quartos, sobrecarregando as funcionárias, pingando agua na recepção, cobram estacionamento que deveria ser gratuito.

Péssima experiencia!! Não pelo hotel ser antigo, mas sim pela falta de manutenção. Quarto cheirando a bolor, Revestimento do teto do banheiro caindo; Banheiro cheirando a urina, Cheiro de cigarro no quarto (sem contar as bitucas na janela); Roupas de cama antigas.

Melhorias urgente

O atendimento das meninas da recepção foi ótimo, o café da manhã tem poucas opções mas é o básico mas tava bom. No meu quarto 303 a tomada da tv não funcionava, ou carregava o celular ou deixava a tv ligada. Não tinha toalha de rosto no banheiro. Mas o principal foi o chuveiro, durante a noite consegui usar normal e esquentou bem, mas na manhã seguinte não esquentava de jeito nenhum. Fui no quarto dos meus amigos e também não esquentava, e olha q fiquei um bom tempo esperando. Fez 4 graus naquela noite e os quartos poderiam estar mais preparados para o frio, tinha apenas uma manta por cama e o ar condicionado nao tinha botão para ligar (até pedi uma chave de fenda pra girar o que sobrou do botão mas o rapaz da recepção disse q não tinha). O preço foi justo mas questão de conforto nos quartos em geral ficou a desejar

Minha estadia nesse hotel nao foi uma boa experiencia. Pra começar, quanto não tinha cortinas e a janelande vidro dava de frente para um apartamento, zero privacidade. Falei com a recepção e falaram que era assim mesmo. Alem disso, no aplicativo informa que o quarto tem aquecedor mas ao chegar la fomos informados que não tem porque 'os quartos são antigos'. Higiene questionável, vi varios insetos pelo chão. No último dia ficamos sem água no banheiro. Cafe da manhã de acordo com o valor, porém com poucas opções. Unico ponto positivo seria a localidade

Má vontade da recepcionista

O hotel em si, é bom.! Mas quando fizemos o checkin, a recepcionista falou que tem quarto que funciona o ar condicionado e tem quarto que não, pq o hotel é velho. ( não deveria Estar anotado que tem ar então se tem quartos q não funcionam). E a noite minha mãe solicitou uma colher na recepção pois pediu uma sopa pra tomar de janta. Ela falou que não tinha. Que só tinha um garfo descartável. Minha mãe perguntou: como vou tomar s sopa? Ela mandou virar o pote na boca como se fosse copo.. No outro dia, no café da manhã, muitas colheres no café. Faltou boa vontade de pegar uma coisa simples. O que não custava nada. Fora isso, o hotel é antigo, mas é um hotel confortável.
